#595959;">市教育局要求，各地各校要认真总结本学期工作，对存在的问题提出整改措施，制定好下学期工作计划，确保新学期工作顺利开展。各地教育行政部门要会同有关部门，周密部署暑期安全工作，明确任务分工，加强对重点公共场所的管理，为中小学生提供安全有序的活动空间。要在放暑假前指导学校专门安排安全教育活动，以预防溺水、防交通事故、防雷电、防火灾、防中暑、防食物中毒等为重点，采取多种形式全面加强对学生的安全教育，提醒学生暑期外出时注意自身安全。各级教育行政部门和学校要对学校校舍、在建工程和校园周边环境进行全面排查，排除安全隐患。要加强值班保卫工作，及时报告和快速应对突发事件，确保假期校园安全稳定。</span></p><p #595959;">各地各校要严格落实国家和我省“双减”工作要求，加强学科组、年级组暑假作业统筹，合理调控假期作业结构，严控书面作业总量，严禁集中补课或变相补课，切实让学生在暑期得到休息调整，以更好精神状态投入新学期学习生活。要通过多种方式密切家校联系，帮助家长对孩子暑假生活作出合理安排，不盲目跟风参加校外培训，不参加以夏令营等名义组织开展的各种学科培训，更多安排适合孩子兴趣特长、有利于孩子身心发展的活动。</span></p><p #595959;">在秋季学期开学前后，各地教育部门要会同有关部门组织开展义务教育阶段控辍保学专项行动，组建工作专班深入学校，依据学籍及在校生名册对实际到校学生进行逐一现场核查，全面准确掌握学生复学情况。要加强对留守儿童、困境儿童的关爱帮扶。放假前如遇极端恶劣天气，各地各校可调整作息时间，确保学生安全。如果出现暴雨、高温等极端恶劣天气，各地各校可根据实际情况调整作息时间或作出停课决定，保障师生安全，事后报教育主管部门备案。</span></p><p
