color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">商品类投诉热点分析：</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">(1)食品类投诉反映的问题主要涉及以下4个方面问题，分别是：A、商家售卖过期食品。商家未按时检查食品的生产日期和保质期，导致消费者购买过期食品造成身体危害。B、商家售卖变质、混有异物食品。有些预包装食品外观看上去新鲜，实则已变质，消费者购买时无法肉眼辨别。C、食品标签标识不规范。食品配料表的数值虚标、配料表不完整真实。D、所售食品虚假宣传。商家通过夸大产品功效等吸引消费者购买其产品。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">(2)服装鞋帽类投诉反映的问题主要有：商品质量问题，如服装类商品出现面料起球、掉色、残缺、瑕疵、色差大，鞋类商品出现断底、断面、开胶、皮面严重褪色等；商家不认真履行“三包”义务。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">(3)家居用品类投诉反映的问题主要有：产品存在质量问题，如木质家具开裂、布艺沙发、床品存在色差、家具异味大等；商家在销售商品时虚假宣传、虚假标注或因描述不准确误导消费者；消费者付款或支付定金后，商家未能按时发货，或收到货物与之前商定的货物不一致。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">(4)家用电器类投诉反映的问题主要有：在“三包”期内商品出现质量和售后问题时，商家和厂家互相推卸责任；商家故意设置退换货障碍，退换货耗时长，故意拖延退款时间；维修质量差，同一故障反复维修，收费不规范。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">(5)装修建材类投诉反映的问题主要有：装修合同纠纷、售后问题、不履行三包义务、以次充好、销售“三无”产品、价格欺诈等问题。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">服务类投诉热点分析：</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">（1）餐饮住宿服务类投诉反映的问题主要涉及以下四个方面：一是菜品中有异物，菜品不新鲜。二是酒店客房、餐饮团购劵使用、饭店就餐送餐服务、价格纠纷、卫生用品、停车服务、茶水服务等问题。三是部分商家通过互联网平台销售的食品实物与宣传不符。四是酒店设施设备不完善。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">（2）电信服务类投诉反映的主要问题有：运营商在消费者不知情的情况下擅自开通增值服务；对于资费方案的限制性条件等未履行提示义务，广告宣传易使消费者产生误解。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">【处理过程及结果】</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;">据调查，王女士在广州通过朋友介绍购买了丹江口某教育咨询中心“网络工程”专业教程（网课），通过支付宝方式支付费用9000元，培训机构承诺考试未通过，进行全额退费。因消费者在广州，培训机构负责人现在武汉，丹江口市消保股工作人员通过“跨域”线上调解，10月26日晚，王女士通过微信告知丹江口市消保股工作人员，已收到培训机构足额退款，对丹江口市市场监管局“跨域”线上调解表示感谢，对处理结果非常满意。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-family: 楷体_GB2312;
