17px;">为了做好疫情防控常态化条件下的人口普查，我们将采取以下措施，保证普查登记数据质量：一是严格执行普查方案，确保普查各项要求不走样、不变形，绝不允许随意更改或选择性执行方案；二是全面采用电子化采集，数据直接实时上传至国家，有效杜绝中间环节可能受到的人为干扰；三是有效利用行政记录，充分发挥部门行政记录数据的作用，为普查登记信息与相关行政记录的比对提供数据支撑；四是认真组织现场登记，广大普查人员要按照普查方案要求，不重不漏、准确采集每一条信息，确保普查源头数据真实可信；五是始终坚持依法普查，严格执行统计法和《全国人口普查条例》，建立健全普查数据质量追溯问责机制，严肃查处各类普查造假、弄虚作假行为；六是制定防控新冠肺炎疫情的普查应急预案，针对不同风险等级地区采取不同的普查登记方式。比如，在高风险地区采取电话访问、网络自主填报等无接触方式开展普查登记；在中风险地区采取户外设站登记、网络自主填报等方式；在低风险地区按既定方式入户摸底和登记。现场登记期间，要求普查员工作时要身体健康、体温正常，入户时要根据防控要求佩戴口罩，及时进行消毒等，切实做好入户登记的防护工作。</span></section><section
