block;"><span style="font-size:17px;"><span leaf="">没过多久，朱强提出新的“要求”，声称承包学校食堂需要先向崇仁县教育局缴纳60万元押金，让许坤尽快筹集资金。急于拿下项目的许坤，于同年11月分4笔向朱强共计转账50万元。随后，朱强向许坤发送了一份伪造的“食堂租赁合同”，这让许坤对其深信不疑。</span></span></p><p style="font-size:17px;"><span leaf="">经查，从2022年5月开始，朱强就以非法占有为目的，虚构各类项目，诱骗多人投资。除了欺骗周宇、许坤外，朱强还向付君等人虚构了污水处理厂扩容项目、修路项目，捏造地块出让信息，甚至以房地产开发项目为诱饵，承诺高额回报，骗取他人投资款。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 24px;margin-bottom: 24px;display: block;"><span style="font-size:17px;"><span leaf="">为了让骗局更具说服力，朱强不仅伪造合同，还编造详细的项目进展，时不时向被害人“透露”一些虚假的消息，让被害人不断追加投资。骗取的350.84万元大部分被他用于个人享乐。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 24px;margin-bottom: 24px;display: block;"><span style="font-size:17px;"><span leaf="">案发后，朱强不仅未能如实供述主要犯罪事实，还拒不认罪认罚，毫无悔罪表现。法院认为，朱强多次采取虚构事实的方法实施诈骗，数额特别巨大，且具有拒不认罪、赃款挥霍未退赔等从重处罚情节，其行为已构成诈骗罪，遂依法作出上述判决。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 24px;margin-bottom: 0px;display:
